The Results!

As we can see from the Video the scratch resistant wear layers on this Quick-Step Impressive laminate flooring are vastly better than the real wood flooring lacquers, Due to the soft nature of the engineered oak it allows any sharp pressure to instantly become a scratch. The real wood flooring is a popular brand with a high spec lacquer, this doesn’t necessarily mean you will scratch it, as you can see from the video some force is needed on both planks to make scratches and it is extremely rare to have one such as the video.

The reason that Quick-Step laminate flooring is so scratch resistant (x10 more than other laminates) is due to the quality of the plastic wear layers on top and the quality of the HDF board used to manufacture this product. All of the Quick-Step products come with this high strength Scratch Resistant laminate coating, making them a perfect choice for any home.

The wear/top layer of Quick-Step Laminate floors have a protective Scratch Guard layer, which allows you to have a superb & brand new looking floor for a very long time. Thanks to this  patented wear layer, Quick-Step Laminate floors are up to 10 x more resistant to micro scratches than floors without Scratch Guard.
